Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• Client: Any business or individual placing an order with CFX.
• Products: Any garments, apparel, or textile goods produced by CFX.
• Custom Orders: Products manufactured to specific client requirements.

2. Scope of Services

CFX is a professional clothing manufacturer and garment factory specializing in custom apparel manufacturing, private label production, and global apparel supply.

3. Ordering Process

• Quotation – Based on your product specifications, fabrics, and quantities.
• Order Confirmation – Secured by written approval and deposit payment.
• Sampling (if required) – Pre-production samples made for approval.
• Mass Production – Begins upon final confirmation.
• Delivery – Dispatched after full payment is received.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed.
• A deposit is required before production starts; the balance must be paid before shipment.
• Prices exclude shipping, taxes, and duties unless specified.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved channels.

5. Custom Orders

• All custom-made garments are produced according to client specifications.
• Changes after production starts may cause delays and additional charges.
• Due to the nature of custom clothing, returns or cancellations are not accepted after production begins, except for approved quality claims.

6. Lead Time & Delivery

• Production lead times depend on design complexity, quantity, and fabric availability.
• CFX is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs issues, or courier delays.

7. Intellectual Property

• Designs, patterns, and samples created by CFX remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
• Clients must ensure they own the rights to any designs, logos, or trademarks provided.
• CFX is not responsible for infringement claims based on client-supplied materials.

8. Quality Assurance & Warranty

• We follow strict garment manufacturing quality control standards.
• Minor variations in color, measurements, or materials may occur within industry tolerance.
• Any defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt for review and resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability

• CFX’s maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific order.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Qingdao, China.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
